Snack Dips

Smoked Whitefish Dip – Milk, cream, smoked whitefish, salt, modified food starch, lactic acid, cheese culture, and gelatin, stabilizers (guar gum, carob bean, or xanthan gum, mono & diglycerides, citric acid, sodium phosphate, potassium sorbate.

Southwest Smoked Whitefish Dip - Milk, cream, smoked whitefish, salt, modified food starch, lactic acid, cheese culture, gelatin, stabilizers (guar gum, carob bean, or xanthan gum, mono & diglycerides, citric acid, sodium phosphate, potassium sorbate, paprika, chili pepper, onion, garlic, potato flour, enriched wheat flour,(flour ingredients-niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin), cocoa, corn syrup.

Asiago Cheese Dip – Cultured milk, enzymes, parsley, onion, soy oil, egg yolk, corn syrup, vinegar, salt, lemon juice.


 

Breads

Yeast Breads – Wheat, Hard Wheat, or Rye Flours (enriched flours contain niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin), water, yeast, (100% whole grain breads contain canola oil), sugar, salt.

Quick Breads – Enriched hard wheat & malted barley flour, (enriched flours contain niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin), fruit, and or fruit or vegetable puree, sugar, (canola oil, lard, or shortening) eggs, leavening, (some varieties may contain oats, butter, tree or peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips either as an ingredient or decoration).

Cinnamon Buns – Sweet Dough Yeast Bread – milk/cream, cinnamon.

Maple Pecan Sticky Buns – Sweet Dough Yeast Bread, sugar, butter, pecans, maple syrup, corn syrup (not high fructose type), modified corn starch, cinnamon.

Cinn-ful Buns – Sweet Dough Yeast Bread, milk/cream, modified corn starch, lactic acid, cheese culture, gelatin, lemon juice, stabilizers (guar gum, carob bean, or xanthan gum, mono & diglycerides, citric acid, regular corn syrup, sodium phosphate, potassium sorbate.


 

Cookies & Bars

Gluten Free Craisin Crunch Bars – Cranberries, raisins, almonds, oats, coconut, glucose (the sugar of wheat NOT the protein gluten), sugar (from the dried cranberries), vegetable oil, honey, soy lecithin, cream.

Gluten Free French Macaron – Almond meal, egg whites, sugar, butter, fruit reductions or liquours.

Gluten Free Coconut Macaroons – Coconut, egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar. Chocolate ones contain cocoa.

Sunshine Lemon – Enriched hard wheat and barley flour, sugar, butter, eggs, leavening, lemon reduction.

Gingersnaps – Enriched hard wheat and barley flour, sugar, lard or shortening, molasses, eggs, leavening, ginger, cinnamon, cloves.

Peanut Butter – Enriched hard wheat and barley flour, sugar, peanut butter, lard or shortening, eggs, leavening.

Shortbread – Enriched hard wheat and barley flour, milk/cream, castor sugar, vanilla or imitation almond (to accommodate those with tree nut allergies) extracts. May be dipped in chocolate, and/or tree nuts, or glazed with royal icing, or cream cheese icing.

Cougars – Enriched hard wheat and barley flour, sugar, milk/cream, eggs canola or vegetable oil, cocoa butter, leavening, chocolate liquor, modified corn starch, soy lethecin.

Fruit Bars – Enriched hard wheat and barley flour, sugar, milk/cream, eggs, canola or vegetable oil, leavening, modified corn starch, fruit, or pie filling.

Oatmeal – Rolled oats, flour, sugar, lard or shortening, eggs, leavening, and vanilla. May also contain raisins, or chocolate chips (cocoa butter, milk, sugar, soy lecithin.)


 

Cakes

Chocolate Cakes – Enriched hard wheat and barley flour, sugar, water, sauerkraut, milk/cream, eggs, cocoa, cherries, modified corn starch leavening. (some chocolate cake varieties may contain shortening or butter - ask)

Cherry Tortes – Cherries, Enriched hard wheat and barley flour, sugar, butter, modified corn starch, leavening, cinnamon – may contain tree nuts – either pecans, walnuts or almonds.


 

Cereals

Granola – Rolled oats, 100% whole grain wheat flour, coconut, regular corn syrup, canola oil, water, dried cranberries (mfg. uses some sugar in processing) vanilla, salt.
